CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE
Part-Time Front Desk Position (varies, average 22 hours per week)
We are looking for a dynamic part-time Customer Experience Associate to provide excellent customer service at our front desk and in our gift shop. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Successful applicant will have enthusiasm, flexibility, customer service and problem-solving skills, excellent communications ability and strong phone persona, and an outgoing and professional personality. Work schedule will vary from week to week to cover special events. Must have excellent attention to detail and cash handling experience, plus strong computer skills, type 50wpm, and be reliable. Ideal candidate would have maturity to responsibly manage building during weekend & event rental events, including customer support, clean-up and close down afterwards. Prior point of sale experience preferred.
