SATURDAY ART ADVENTURES

Join us every Saturday at the Dahl Arts Center in the Art Start Studio for an adventure in art! FREE​ family-oriented art activities and a fun, educational tour of the galleries. Recommended $5 donation per family.

These activities are recommended for children in kindergarten through 6th grade joined by their parents.

This month's free class is inspired by the Artists of the Black Hills Exhibition at the Dahl Arts Center. Students and families will participate in a guided tour of the exhibit to see, explore, and explain art by asking "Who, What, Where, and Why" questions.

Read and Create with Your Community

United Way of the Black Hills and CAT Scratch Studios have created a compilation of activities for youth in our community based on the Big Read companion title, The Bear and the Moon by Matthew Burgess. Come do one of the activities at the Dahl on June 14 and pick up a copy of this book! Let's read and create together!
